Super professional experience with A4 L, start to finish. In store, Terry helped us choice. Select a garage ready refrigerator freezer to replace one that had long since passed its life. After Selecting the one best suited for our needs, the purchase exercise was flawless. Scheduling was confirmed for the next following day after 12 PM. At 12:02 the next day, I received a call from John, who indicated he was set to arrive at 12:20 PM, which is exactly when he arrived! Once unloaded, John completed the install of handles, removed the old refrigerator and was in & out in less than 15 minutes. Professional & punctual. Good prices, but I will be coming back for the service!

Got really good price on bespoke Samsung mix and match color washes and dryer. Alex and helpful in purchasing. Owner Michael told me he will provide me receipt so that I can register my product for warranty and such but never got it. I called Alex couple weeks after purchase but never got back either. I would suggest try to pick up your item yourself after purchase those delivery guys were really rough during my delivery. I personally requested Alex to use some foam to wrap around to protect my washer and dryer during delivery and it came just wrapped with Saran Wrap. Now my dryer has more damage than when I purchased at the store. Overall you will get really good price but don’t expect any warranty and please try to avoid those delivery guys.

Great Prices on appliances, and excellent customer support if your purchase has any technical issues! Purchased a stackable washer/dryer and a fridge for the price of 1 appliance at a home improvement store. Had an issue with the washer and the owner personally addressed the problem himself at no charge. Highly recommend.

When I first went to the store I meant Kosta. I was looking for a store that provided service in case I had an issue after purchasing and one that stood behind the products they sell. Earl B Feiden was recommended to me by my daughter and I was delighted with the answers I got from Kosta. He was helpful, informative, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. Delivery to my home was smooth. Install of the oven and microwave went well. Unfortunately my dishwasher was so old that I need plumbing done so that install could not be done but Scott and Naz were respectful, honest and just delightful! I was refunded that portion of my bill. They both gave instructions on usage and cleaning. They checked both appliances to make sure they were up and running. I will need a new washer soon and will request them for delivery. I’m a very satisfied customer!
