Marcella's Appliance Center

My parents bought all their kitchen appliances from Marcella. When I needed appliances, I did the same. My parents always spoke highly of this company. Years ago, I needed work done on one appliance. I called this company for help. They informed me that they had new computers, and had no record of my purchases. Wow. I guess loyalty only went in one direction there. Ever since then, I have bought all my kitchen appliances at Feiden.

Delivery guys had no experience and did damage but it was taken care of by Marcella’s. The refrigerator had 4 doors which 2 were damaged and had to wait 2-3 weeks for new ones. Overall the experience was not so good. It only added work for us to fix the damages. We had taken out the dishwasher, stove and microwave and were out on our deck. They only had to bring in the appliances and remove the refrigerator from the home. We installed the microwave and stove while they took the doors off the refrigerator and took out the old one. For not installing any appliances it still took them 5 hours. They were more worried about the old appliances that we had to ask them to please put the doors on the new refrigerator so we could get our food back in the cold. All in all just not cocoas, they would have gotten two doors or a new refrigerator the same day.

Thanks to Louis from Marcella’s Appliance my Bosch dishwasher is up and running. His diagnostic skills are top notch. He is highly skilled and was very clear on what he suspected the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. He was also extremely polite and gave me specific instructions on what to do if future problems arise. I will ask for Louis the next time I need a service call. Thank you Marcella’s.
