Had to find someone to help us. Had to get the employee off the phone. Then she didn’t know what she was doing. Had to keep asking the other employee. Felt ignored the whole time financing a freezer. We will never be back to the concord location.

My fiancé and I went to this location today around 5:30pm and were greeted by no one. We were the only customers in the store and there were 3 associates sitting at their desk. One was looking at her computer and the other two women were looking at their phones. We walked the entire store and even past where they were sitting had a whole conversation and still not even a single greeting. Once we realized that they didn’t come to work today to actually work we walked out. If I could give that store 0 stars I would.

Wonderful store to do business with. Excellent customer service, very compassionate and eager to help. Had 4 kids in the store on first visit and they were very patient and nice to them. Would highly recommend! Will always return here for purchasing furniture. You wont regret going here!

I came in to purchase a jewelry box and worked with Cynthia who had an amazing personality. Very friendly and helped make the transaction smooth and quick. Cynthia help me carry the furniture to the car and load it and was smiling and happy the whole time. I will request to do any future business with her directly
