I was hesitant at first to call for service on my washer based on the past review from someone but I'm glad I called. The lady answering the phone was as nice as could be (even after I called 3 times in one day to give her more info, like, be sure you send two guys because it will take that many to move this washer). The two guys showed up exactly on time and they called ahead to let me know they were on the way, just as the head office lady said they would. The two gents (one named Davis) went right to work and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were very professional and respectful of the house furnishings. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

I just upgraded my 20 year old washing machine. Tony went through all the new features and helped me find the right machine to fit my needs. They got it ordered, delivered and installed within a few days! Always great service and they take care of everything. This is one reason I buy all my appliances from Stanly Appliance! I knew it was the right decision going to Stanly appliance from the moment I walked in the door. Purchased a Refrigerator and overhead vent for the stove. Everyone was extremely helpful and the men who came and installed the items were fantastic, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and clean before leaving. As most other reviews state, you can buy an appliance anywhere. They are all the same. But with Stanly Appliance, you are getting the service no big box store can/will provide. They have repaired both a washer and dishwasher for me. I did not buy from them. But when it comes time to replace, I will simply because I know the service I will get after the fact. And that's the difference.

I am totally AMAZED by the awesome patience of Stanly Appliance...from the patient and joyful person answering our call, to Jared's calm and knowledgeable dedication to try and resolve the mystery of our washing machine✨ error codes. Thanks and kudos as well to the techs that came to install new parts, pick the machine up from our home and take it to their shop to continue to troubleshoot the errors, and even returned it to our home---making sure the dryer was back in place-along with the repaired washer-ready to go. I am so appreciative of their work and dedication. 👏 THANKS AGAIN 👍
