So we bought a stove, Refridgerator and washer and dryer set we paid 1400 for everything which wasnt bad the sales lady was very nice the problems didnt start till they get here to deliver it first the owner chubbs customer service skills suck no Hi Nothing he asked where we wanted everthing ,so i tell him were everthing was going then i pointed out the old appliances that had to be removed (which was included in the delivery charge) and he seemed upset. So the the two guys start bringing in the appliances to which they almost dropped my washer off my front porch trying to rush . So they get the appliances in they installed the stove and refridgerator no problem.They left the washer they were suppose to take in my drive way so i call the owner back and let him know and at first he refuses to come back and get it so im like bro this was a service that i already paid for So then he says someone will be out tomorrow to pick it up ,2 days later they finally come and pick it up .They get the dryer installed no problem. Then they get to the new washer first off they cracked my water turn on valve for the cold water ,they mixed up the hot and cold hoses then I My self correct the issues so i can run it thru a cycle just to turn it on and get 2 error messages so i call them beacause all the appliances have 6mth warrantys they come back out two days later to bring a loaner and send the other to be fixed (they installed that one correctly) 4 days later my washer is fixed so they bring it back the two delivery guys they sent this time they still in a rush tore the transition plate on my floor mind you i seen him do it I called the owner yet again and he said he was sending a guy out to fix it same day here we are a week later it still has not been fixed . so they get it in and hooked up correctly so i thought I would start a cycle it worked fine till it came time for the water to drain im standing in my kitchen and i hear a bunch of water spraying so i run to the laundry room to find my entire laundry room flooded because the did not hook the drain hose to the washer. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I wish I could give 3.5 stars is what I would give Chubs with the possibility of it being 5 stars as long as my refrigerator doesn’t break within 2-5 years which I will happily change to if I haven’t gotten any complaints from my tenant. I know they have a 6 month warranty though I don’t want to be changing my fridge every six months. Pros: affordable nice staff delivery and hallway let me choose the fridge I wanted all in the same price range Cons: when the tenant received the refrigerator I received pictures that is was dirty Updated: received a notice from the property manager that fridge was leaking. They where able to send someone to look at the leak today so I will change my rating from 3 to 4 stars for honoring the 6 month warranty.

Please head the warnings you see under the reviews. DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM THIS BUSINESS. We spent $350 on a washer about a month ago and it was DEFECTIVE… it wouldn’t complete the full wash cycle and would make loud bangy noises. We had one of their technicians come out and replace the washer only for the second washer to LEAK FROM THE BOTTOM. We contacted the owner the SAME DAY and he said he’ll “see” if he could get someone to come out there only for him to be unresponsive for the next 30 hours without giving us a single update. Do not use this company, it is a waste of your time and money. If you don’t have the money to buy a new washer you are literally better off going to Facebook marketplace.

Wish i could give them a negative 10 based off of customer service alone! Bought a "USED" fridge...I get that it was used. We got it home and when we started cleaning it, we noticed the bottom freezer was taped up! It makes a horrible sound when pulling the drawer out! They tried to hide it but we didn't notice until we got home. My fiance called and the person he spoke to said they'd give him a call back. They never called him back and then when my fiance tried reaching back out they had blocked him. So I called.. l called from my phone and spoke to the owner. The owner asked me to send a picture of the fridge we got and my address and he would send someone out. No one ever came. The past few weeks I've been calling and texting to no avail. Today I called back and a young lady answered. She said they needed a picture of the receipt in order for someone to come out. I found the receipt and sent it to them. Then I get a call eventually from the owner. He pretty much told me it's our fault we didn't see it taped up before we left the property. (Mind you the damage is on the underside of the unit) He stated it's like buying a car, once you leave it's no longer their problem. He also pulled the race card saying not to call and complain to a black owned company. I'm black myself. SMH. Anyways.... here's your warning. Stay away from this company. They don't care about anything you have to say after you make the purchase and they get your money. That's it that's all. Lesson learned! Never again. They are very unprofessional.

Chubb's Appliances receives a five-star review for two reasons-- they offer "name brand" appliances for a great price and hassle-free replacement. With the first washer we noticed a small leak after it was installed. We notified Chubbs and they replaced and installed the second washer within the day. Great response time to the customer and great service. We highly recommended this business.
