Very polite over the phone and in person. We were scheduled quickly to get our issue with our ice machine resolved. I love supporting small businesses being a small business owner myself. If you need service on your ice machine, give them a call. Great to work with and will continue to use them for our cleaning and maintenance needs.

Lee and his wife Ms Nancey have created one of the most respected refrigeration/ice maker businesses in the southeast North Carolina area . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your ice maker or commercial refrigeration needs . He is one of the most honest men I have ever done business with . His team is very qualified to serve your ice maker/refrigeration needs . In today’s world , he is up front and extremely honest and one of the finest men I’ve ever worked with - bar none . His skills as a refrigeration mechanic are top shelf and as a business man he is beyond reproach . The gentleman that posted he was disappointed that Lee wouldn’t take a 16 year old Ice maker in for a trade or credit , should have never been allowed to have that post shown . A 16 year old Ice maker is a boat anchor and of no use to anyone . And if the gentleman did purchase the ice maker from Lee 16 years ago and I’m sure Lee serviced it over the years and that in it’s self states volumes of the product that Lee’s team produces .

I have had to deal with this group on a few occasions and each time it is a painful experience. From over charging, poor customer service to unwilling to trade a very good ice machine that they sold us 16 years ago for a slimmed down model. EVEN though I offered to purchase a new one from them. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. Sorry, They earned it!
