Bought a refrigerator and brought it home and hooked it up to find that the water dispenser didn’t work and evaporator coil frozen over and frosted. Called back and said the water dispenser doesn’t work and they said we don’t test it here and don’t have the hook ups. Just ordered a bunch of parts to repair and was promised a warranty. Save your money and time don’t go here. If I could do less than 1 star I would. Called him back to further discuss the water dispenser issue and the voicemail is full and the call was ignored. Love giving business to small business owners but this type of behavior just sucks.

You talking about unprofessional! Don’t even waste your time. After him taking months , I mean months to try and fix my dryer he tells me there is nothing he can do for me and to pick it up. Honestly it then took me months to pick it which leads me to yesterday! I went to inquire about my dryer , Mr. Lee went off on me asking me was it his fault I didn’t have a ride to pick it up? And also asking me was he supposed to keep my dryer forever? No but you could have at least called me to let me know you were getting rid of it. He didn’t do that because I’m sure after some time and he didn’t see me , I’m pretty sure he sold it! The worse part about this ordeal is that I lived in Fayetteville for 9 years and had always used his services as well as my family purchased appliances from him for years. He has loss my business ! He needs to learn how to speak to women as well as have some respect! I’m still in utter shock at how he treated and spoke to me about my dryer that I paid for! Lesson learned, never again Mr. Lee.

My experience started via phone with his assistant. She was extremely patient with me and my many questions. I arrived at the store and her polite ways continued. Mr. Lee himself arrived at the store and took over the transaction. I was pleasantly surprised because it was evident that he was busy. However, he never once rushed. He patiently showed me several refrigerators and the differences between them. Pros and cons etc. He educated me throughly on things I had no clue about. Naturally he cared about a sale but he made me as a buyer feel that he cared more that I didn’t keep making the same costly mistakes! Delivery and set up went just as smooth. They called the day before, an hour before and the guys called when they arrived in my neighborhood. The guys were polite and efficient. All in all my experience with this establishment was commendable. Thank you Mr. Lee and staff!!!
