The $20.00 Moving Truck Home Appliances

This is ridiculous! I bought a washer and dryer from this company. They were a week late bringing them out to me because they said they were having trouble with the washer. They brought them out. The washer would not work. Took another week for them to come get the washer and then did not know when they would be able to find what's wrong with it. Got that financing canceled. And paid cash for the dryer but because that financing was canceled, they'll now saying that the warranty for the dryer was canceled and they don't know when they can come out and look at it or even how much it will cost us to have the dryer fixed. We use the dryer one time and it stopped in the middle of the cycle and quit drying the clothes. The heating element apparently is gone. Very nice people in the store but when you need products that work they're not willing to back them up or do what they say they going to do.

My husband and I got a washer and dryer set last year from here and called them within a month to come look at it the dryer because our clothes wasn’t drying. They came out but within a couple minutes he automatically said it wasn’t their problem it was the house. We called the house people to come look at it more than once they clean all vents as well looked under the house. When we connected the vent back to the dryer it still wasn’t drying fully. Called the guy that came out here the first time he said to keep it unplugged cause it’s definitely something with the house. Yesterday my husband was washing his uniforms and I woke up early this morning wondering why is the dryer still running, we checked the clothes still fully wet come to find out the heater went out! My husband goes to look at it come to find out the whole thing was BURNT!!!! Someone before had put tape around the heater cord to keep a connection and it started burning that as well at the metal plate. We called even tho the warranty was up to let them know like hey we’ve been calling yall been saying it wasn’t on yall and that the report said it was completely done but it wasn’t. The guy they sent out didn’t even look at the back of the dryer, didn’t even check that heater cord he went straight for the vents to the house. So long story short when buying from here make sure they really do a full check on anything before leaving there, make sure they open up everything to see before leaving or you’ll be coming out of pocket for something they should’ve done the first time we called cause now they saying “that’s not my problem” “your warranty is up” “the owner out the country” even had a hiccup with our washer said they fixed it but didn’t! Another guy came out and said the first guy didn’t put in his report st all saying we was waiting on parts or anything and we was waiting for a month for him to come back out!!!!

These gentlemen were great. They came when they said they’d be here, very mindful of both the machines & the walls, very kind & friendly. Explained everything so I’d understand without mansplaing. The whole service took maybe 20 minutes. I’d definitely recommend them & will be back in the future if & when I may need another appliance. Thank you
