I experienced a sudden and critical issue with my washer leaking because not only do I have my own laundry to do, but I also do the laundry for my mom who is in skilled nursing with advanced dementia (she has a severe phobia about people taking her clothes). My husband and I tried our best to repair the leak, but were unsuccessful. I worked closely with Brandon at F & H to get the necessary part ordered overnight and he was extremely patient, understanding, professional and very kind to me, even though I called him quite a few times about this because my mom was running out of clothes. Then I was able to work with Thomas, the technician, who was also very kind, professional and knowledgeable on the repair portion of what I was in desperate need of. He was very patient and answered all of my questions since washer repair is nowhere in my skill set. 😊 Because of his amount of experience with washer repair, he was in and out in no time and left me with ZERO LEAKS. What a pleasure it was to work with these gentlemen. To say that they went the extra mile is a gross understatement...they went the EXTRA TEN MILES to help me get this quickly resolved. I would recommend F& H and its employees, Brandon and Thomas, a thousand times over. I could never thank them enough for all of their help. They are a true asset to the company and a priceless treasure to me as their customer. If you have any washing machine or other appliance repair needs, I would HIGHLY recommend them because they will not only get the job done, but they will get it done right at a reasonable price. F&H Appliance is a real find. So many appliance repair businesses are greedy and sometimes disrespectful. F&H Appliance is very respectful helpful, and very competent. Naturally our extended warranty expired 2 months ago. John was the repair tech that serviced our Samsung dryer. He was very professional and anticipated from our description that the dryer was not getting hot enough that it was most likely the heating element, so he put a new one on his truck. He considered other problems so he also put those parts on his truck. That is planning ahead. When he found the heating element one of the coils was broken rendering it useless. He installed the new heating element. His planning benefited us because he did not have to make another appointment (another $95 fee) so it saved us the return fee and the dryer was fixed in an hour. I recommend F&H Appliance highly. They were responsive to phone calls and John is an exceptional repair tech. If you have an appliance that needs repair, F&H Appliance is the best solution we have found in the Burlington/Durham area over the past 10 years.
