AMAZING!!! The Ferguson showroom staff are welcoming, friendly, with outstanding product knowledge! If you are in search of your "dream" kitchen..... look no longer! If you have discriminating taste for superior quality and unmatched craftsmanship..... Wolf is the way to go! Cooking is my passion, as well as my career for over 40 years. In my opinion, Wolf offers the " lover" of food as well as the "professional" everything beyond your dreams! Many thanks!

Horrible exhausting experience all around Have gotten 3 broken cooktops in a row. They refuse to do anything about it, says they can’t cause I didn’t order it through their showroom can’t get anyone to even answer the phone there. Said furgerson.com has nothing to do with them. Aren’t you furgerson or not? They keep sending the same carrier that damaged the others, what do they expect?

Good luck with service and talking with anyone to help with a problem. We purchased a full LG Signature kitchen set and a LG Studio Range Vent from Ferguson through our Builder. We recently are having an issue with the Range Vent so I called Ferguson for help. The operator was rude, as if I was taking too long to tell her my needs. She flipped me to warranty where I was on hold for nearly 40 mins, then I gave up and selected a call back. When Warranty called me back she confirmed that the model had a 2 year warranty on it, but “ I “ would have to call LG myself. I did reluctantly and that was a nightmare (another negative review for LG Service coming). So I am now left having to call an appliance repair person to fix a problem that should be under warranty through Ferguson. Ferguson sells a product then washes their hands? It is the customer’s responsibility to deal with the manufacturer for warranties ? So what purpose does Ferguson serve ? If you are consider an appliance purchase (or dealing with Ferguson in anyway) go where the merchant supports their customers. You won’t get anything but disappointment from this establishment.

We ordered a $30k+ kitchen package to include Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances. We had to wait over 18 months just for the orders to "arrive". So, you're telling me, that it takes every contractor, home builder etc. 18+ months to receive appliances?? My gut was telling me that we were on the back burner (pun intended), while the builders etc, were getting product in a more reasonable time frame. Moving on...after the grueling 18+mo wait our appliances finally arrive, yay. Much to our chagrin, the Wolf stove is damaged! Jane's (sales lady) solution was to send out a repairman! Now remember, I just spent $30+k on these appliances and they want to now sale me junk that's been damaged and act like everything is square. This after we insist that they send a new one out. In the meantime, we are still without a range and await Jane's ruling on the matter. I always tell my kids, learn from others mistakes. People, please learn from my mistake in dealing with these clowns. Buyers be extremely cautious. I don't even like giving 1 star on this review. There are other options out there, use them!
