Big Bargain Furniture

After walking into every furniture store in Plymouth, Williamson, Washington, and several in Greenville we found our couch at Big Bargain Furniture. It was not the bargain or the couch that won our hearts. Nope! It was the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Crystal and Joe listened and answered our questions without making us feel like we were tire kickers. The owner actually told us he needed us and we want to support small business. He made us a great deal. The next day Crystal and Joe delivered our couch with the same enthusiasm. We received a wonderful loveseat and couch set. We were very pleased with how it looked. Even though there was a small problem with the couch when we received it, the service we received, and the turnaround with the repair was amazing. They went out of their way to take care of us to make us happy. I would highly recommend this furniture store to anyone!!!
