They were very accommodating and friendly. I had my refrigerator delivered and had the water hoses needed for drinking water and ice. There was a small part missing to complete the job. They went out of their way and ordered the part and came back and connected it. Without any extra cost just for that I give them five star.

Terrible experience. Purchased a refrigerator and oven last week. The fridge was broken and the oven caught fire. They said they would send a repair person out but couldn’t provide a time, day or number for said technician. It has been over a week and they refuse to do anything under their 30 day warranty. Had another repair company come look at the refrigerator and they quoted me over $500 for repairs. I would avoid this place at all costs. FRAUD

I got a great deal on a double oven GE range. It was less expensive than anything else I saw on marketplace. It had the wrong type of plug on it, but they switched that out for me, for no charge. I needed an extra stove to put in my garage to mostly use for canning. This one is just perfect. The entire staff was super nice and welcoming.

Hey! I received a referral to try this place, and it was exactly what I was looking for. From the very first step into the store, a team member approached me and, welcomed me with a smile and inquired about how they may help. I said that how I needed to get a washer and dryer for a reasonable rate, and they actually came through! I got a great price – $550 for the washer and dryer set. The delivery charge was only $60 from Lexington to Winston-Salem, and they took care of everything, including installation, right inside my apartment. This was on July 30, and I have not faced a single problem up to now. Both appliances are functioning perfectly! This is a good place to go for people who want dependable service without breaking the bank. :) So, I recommend this place to anyone!!
