I called and spoke to Art ref a faulty Hoover Carpet cleaner. I had never visited this store before and was pleasantly surprised how it was a great showroom, these guys know their stuff and like me are big Miele fans! Art explained the warranty process and timing with Hoover and he called me on cue to say that it was ready. They unbox and assemble so you are ready to go. No hassle, Art did all the paperwork. 100% great customer service, knowledge and professionalism. They do services, warranty work and sell new units too. I will be back! Thanks House of Vacuums!
