Their prices are fantastic—I was able to get a refrigerator that normally retails around $4,000 for about $2,000 plus tax, which is an incredible deal. The team was friendly and helpful throughout the process. There was a small accident during loading where the glass door on the fridge was damaged, but they handled it quickly and professionally. They took full responsibility, ordered a replacement door right away, had it shipped directly to me, and even provided the tracking information. The replacement process was straightforward and easy to complete. Accidents can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds—and they went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciated their honesty and effort to fix the situation. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Out of the Box Appliances if you’re looking for quality appliances at very fair prices, especially if you don’t mind a small scratch or dent for big savings!

We stopped by yesterday, they had the exact matching washer/dryer set we were looking for at the big box store but less expensive, and they delivered same day! Super knowledgeable owners that take pride in their work and very kind staff that delivered and installed it for us. Would definitely check them out before you spend your money at the big home improvement store. Very pleased with our purchase and the helpful advice from the owners!
