Great Service with Fabulous Delivery. I wanted a Speed Queen combo and they came up on my search with the best price . Spoke to Noah who handled everything. Delivery was a breeze and the delivery guys set up new unit and ran a test to make sure it all worked. It’s hard to find such great service but they nailed it!!

Been a customer for years. Mark Edwards was a classmate of mine 45 years ago. Bought many appliances from him and always had great service and pricing. Eric took care of me with my last purchase in Marks absence and he was outstanding. Took care of my needs very quickly. They were able to get our New washer in less than 24 hrs. If you need appliances at a fair price and great service call Atlantic Appliance!

We had a great experience with Richard Martindale for the purchase and delivery of our refrigerator. I called the store with the model number and they had it in stock when other stores could not get it for weeks. He quickly sent me an invoice via email and confirmed delivery for the following day. Delivery was on time and seamless by very thoughtful installers. Atlantic Appliance will be my first choice for future needs!

We bought a Bosch induction range through Atlantic. We found the people at the store knowledgeable and helpful. There was no sales pressure in our multiple visits, and they provided feedback from their customers, good and bad, on the various models we looked at. The price was the same as everywhere else - Bosch does not allow discounting - so that's not a factor. We deducted two stars for the incredibly poor "installation" job. By the time the delivery guys left, claiming the floor would have to be modified for the range to fit (into our standard size and height cabinets), we were glad to see them go, even though the range was sitting in the middle of the kitchen. We checked the electrical connection before we finished the installation ourselves. There was no strain relief installed, which is a violation of code and not in compliance with the range installation instructions, which warn repeatedly not to use the range without a strain relief. (The strain relief provides protection against damaging the terminals on the range if the cord is yanked, and keeps the cord insulation from being cut by the sharp metal on the cabinet.) We called Atlantic, and the response was "we never bother with the strain relief." It is unsafe and unprofessional to neglect this. What's more, the delivery guys damaged the electrical knockout beyond any normal repair. We came close to declaring the unit dead on arrival and returning it. But then we would be without a range, so we spent the next several hours making a safe and secure electrical connection and adjusting the leveling legs for a good fit. The result is the range looks good and works perfectly, and we are trying to forget about the botched installation. DO NOT let Atlantic install or even un-box your range. They simply throw out parts they think are unnecessary (the anti-tip bracket, for example) and go on their way. Do the (simple) installation yourself, or enlist a knowledgeable friend.

I need to give a HUGE, appreciative shoutout to Atlantic Appliance! Several years back, while working for my employer at the time, I got the opportunity to work with the team at Atlantic Appliance. Since then, I have seen the owners do so many different amazing things throughout the community. Today they included my own little Girlscout while reaching out to the community. They let us set up her official very first Cookie Booth!!! Even more than that though was the warm, joyful and welcomeness Hampton and everyone else at Atlantic Appliance provided us every minute we were there today. Our girls were embraced by many and had some very special VIP visitors come by just to see them!!! Thank you Atlantic Appliance!!! You certainly helped make some Girl Scouts very proud of themselves today!!!
