I purchased a washer & dryer set in March. I'm on my 3rd dryer & 2nd washer. I paid for a delivery fee for my original set. On the second return they wanted me to bring the dryer back on my own. Exactly how would I do that if I had the delivered. TODAY, the dryer cuts off during the cycle & the washer cuts off as well & leaks sometimes. I would NEVER purchase from them again. NOW after the $620 spent with them, I have to purchase ANOTHER washer & dryer set because the set from them is not worth crap.

Really glad we found the Wherehouse, and especially glad to meet Doris. We needed a washing machine, and Doris was extremely helpful in guiding us to what she believed to be the best fit. It's been a couple of weeks of using the machine and it works great. Very clean washing machine, and Doris gave us a good deal. When we were checking out I saw a decor piece that was attached to the wall that I was interested in buying, so Doris, and another young lady who works there, kindly spent time working on getting it down for me. Everyone I met was very helpful and friendly. Also lots of furniture and just fun things to look through - we will definitely be going back!

Great experience at The Wherehouse. They have an abundance of appliance and furniture available. They also test everything before it leaves. We came in looking for a dryer, and Doris was great to work with. When the original unit we picked didn’t work 100% upon testing, she let us pick a different machine for the same price. Amazing customer service!

Had a great experience getting a gently used matching washer and dryer units. They helped us out with our price point, ran both units again to check their operation, and helped us load them to get them home. 30 day warranty on the units. We've definitely put them to the test since purchasing and everything has been great. Would definitely recommend if you're in the market for affordable sets.
