The technician Will was knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly. He was actually early which was also nice. The cost seemed fair to me and the whole booking process online was easy. I got lots of updated and reminders via email and text.

My built in oven and microwave combo stopped working. Mr. appliance came out, slid the unit out, and diagnosed that the issue was possibly a bad circuit board(s) and the fuse had blown out. they did not have the part so they ordered them and returned a few days later. the unit was slid out from the wall (4 screws) onto a stand and the $5 (maybe not even that much on amazon) fuse was replaced and a wire to the fuse holder was tightened. the circuit boards were fine and sent back to where they were bought. here is the issue. the cost- to slide the unit out twice and put in a fuse- was $700! i was never given an estimate though the final bill said i was given an estimate. i called and was told $700 was the number for a $5 fuse, and pulling the unit out to diagnose. so maybe that is the going price for this service, i really don't know, but i was expecting something significantly less. You can be the judge. So, consumer beware and get an estimate so you are not surprised by Mr. Appliance like i was. The repair guy was nice enough, but $700 seems very much overpriced to me for what was done.

Brennan was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I reached out, he was so accommodating and made scheduling incredibly easy. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher, and had it running like brand new in no time. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also friendly and thoughtful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such genuine care for their customers. I couldn’t recommend him enough—if you need appliance repair, Brennan is the one to call at Mr. Appliance 😊 5 stars all around! Thanks Brennan!

They are an approved Miele technician company, but in the process of replacing the belt on my dryer in my rental unit they broke numerous parts of the dryer and didn’t tell me. They appear to have ripped it open and broken the attachment points of the lid and part of the front cover rather than removing them per manufacturers instructions to avoid breaking the attachment points. The lid no longer is fully connected and secured and is loose, and the front piece has no attachment points anymore as they were broken off and it doesn’t stay in place. I’m afraid to find out what else they broke on this dryer inside given the way they clearly manhandled it and ripped it apart. I tried to call and didn’t get a hold of anyone so I contacted them multiple times via their website upon discovering this when I returned to the rental property and was told it was escalated and someone would contact me the next day (twice). I have yet to hear back from them a week later. They charged me $500+ dollars for the belt replacement, and in the process severely damaged my $1700 dryer and significantly reduced the lifespan of the machine rather than properly servicing it. I hope they contact me and resolve this appropriately, this is extremely disappointing and upsetting.
