DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. They don't test their machines or clean them. It takes weeks for anybody to honor their 3 month warranty. Called them cause my washer leaked. They came 2 weeks after I scheduled an appointment. Put black electrical tape on my leaky hose and said it's fixed. They won't buy that part because it'll take 5 weeks to arrive.

Paid $340 for a washer that was supposed to be delivered that day it was purchased but it wasn’t. They gave my wife and I the run around for hours before saying they’d be here the next morning. Then they got here 30mins early without any warning. Rang the doorbell at 7:30am and made all of our animals bark and wake everyone in the house. Then the person delivering the washer couldn’t get the washer in, I had to help him. Once we got it in he connected it wrong. What’s the point of charging $40 for delivery and install when it’s done wrong and when I have to help the person install it. Be careful with these people.

Purchased a washer from this place. It wasn't a month from the purchase date when it began sounding like an airplane while rinsing. I texted and called to let the owner know. He asked for a picture of receipt which I sent to him, called and texted three times after I sent picture of my receipt proving it was less than a month when we purchased, no reply or answer. We have purchased here before in 2017. A washer (which started doing the same thing as stated above), dryer and bed... Taking our business elsewhere in future.

I bought a fridge about a year and a half ago from this place for a rental property. It Went out after about 2-3 months. Didn’t think anything about it. Since it was used and likely out of warranty I just went to Lowes and replaced with new. This gentleman came by and solicited his business again and I bought two frigerators from him for Lord knows what reason. Within 30 days my tenant was calling complaining that her food was spoiling because it wouldn’t maintain its temperature inside the fridge. I called him and he seemed compliant to fulfill his warranty of 90 days and said he would call me and come out next morning. No call No show. DONT SHOP FOR APPLIANCES HERE! YOUR BETTER OFF PILING YOUR CASH ON THE GROUND AND SETTING IT ON FIRE.
