This place is amazing I came here August of 2022 and the staff were the best answered all my questions like how long did y’all sold the Dixie Belle for and had all my favorite models like the satin steel Dixie Belle and the Moroccan. Only one complaint when is there one coming to Virginia

We ordered a 6 foot outdoor ceiling fan and two 52 inch ceiling fans. I spoke to someone by telephone to ask a few questions. The person was very helpful. He even told me that there was a pull chain adapter that had to be removed to use the light kit for these particular fans. It didn't seem important at the time. But later when the electrician went to install the fans and lights, he was insistent that I had ordered the wrong light kit. Luckily I had written down the information about the adapter needing to be removed. Crisis averted! But the fans and lights are up and are not only great looking but work great. Very easy to do business with.

I ordered a unique and attractive ceiling fan for the kitchen a while ago and it runs fine. 58" Majestic - white with a wall mount controller. I liked it so much I bought another one for the bedroom. I misplaced the install instructions and called Brian at Dan's Fan City in Greensboro NC. Brian went out of his way to email the document to me and gave me contact info at their tech support office if I needed help. Brian listened to my request and is obviously very customer focused. Way to go Brian. THANKS!

Just got married and went into Dan's Fan City looking for something for our bedroom that was more unique than the typical fans I could find in Greensboro. They had so many that it was hard to pick one. Customer service was amazing and so is my new fan!
