Jimmy's New and Used Appliances

I honestly wanna give him a zero out of five stars. I contacted him on a Wednesday. He told me that he would come and pick up my appliances on Thursday, which was the next day, I called him the next day to see if he was still coming, and he told me that he was having trouble with his truck. I was like OK that’s fine. He scheduled to come pick them up on Friday. Friday comes along I called him seven times and no answer. I called my dad and my dad called him and he picked up. On the side of the road because whoever did his brakes Did not do them correctly. I then called him because my dad told me that he was waiting on my call, he did not answer. I called him again. He did not answer. I called my dad back who called him again and told him to pick up my phone call. I finally got in touch with him and he told me that he would come pick it up on Sunday. Sunday rolls around and he tells me 4 o’clock that I should call him and that he will come pick it up. 430 on Sunday after multiple calls and he still has not answered the phone. The lack of communication is mind-boggling. To be a small business owner with no communication is absolutely insane. He keeps making all of these promises to me and not following through. When I called him multiple times on Friday, I could never leave a voicemail. Also, the address he has online is not an accurate address. There is nothing there. I am at my wits end And I am beyond frustrated and angry with this man.
