In my experience, all the items I purchased were cheap but defective, one was completely useless that I had to ask a refund. The service was poor, I constantly had to chase the seller down just to get anything resolved, and he consistently wasted my time. We would arrange to meet at a specific location to fix the problem but he wouldn’t show up, wouldn’t give any notice and wouldn’t follow through. He was highly irresponsible and unreliable. I have since found another business like this one that offers so far, excellent quality both in its service and its merchandise, Starr Appliances on Reynolda.

Chris and I had a misunderstanding about a fridge that has never had any issues actually, we love the fridge! Just needed correct handles, But to make it right he went the extra mile by not only fixing our minor issue but he willing out of his own way, all jokes aside, tremendously helped me out with my project truck!! Guy would give you the clothes off his back if you needed them…Just give him time if there’s any concern and he’ll get you squared away! Not to mention I got a Samsung washer and dryer about 2-3 years ago and have never had any issues and they run 24-7 in a house of 4 with two active adults and two young kids.. 10/10 recommend.. Wagner, never again!
