You don't come across many business owners like this anymore. There was a miscommunication with the open times on Sunday, but the owner (unfortunately, we forgot to get his name) called and asked what he could do to make it right for us driving a considerable distance to check his store out. He was super pleasant to talk with and explained the situation. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I had found what I was looking for already, but will try him out for future appliance needs.
