Charles was great. Returned my call within a reasonable amount of time, asking about our problem and offered some possible ideas as to what the cause could have been. Service was done promptly at the agreed upon schedule. Talked us through how to avoid this issue from happening again, as well as things to look for to help us if it did. Professionalism throughout the conversation, from the initial call to performing the service. He even called for an update a couple of days later to make sure that everything was working (refrigerator repair, so cooling obviously is not immediate). I highly recommend!

Charles was great. He was on time to our scheduled appointment. He was very polite and professional to my girlfriend while the repairs to our dryer were being made. He came in under the quoted price as well. Highly recommended. We will definitely be using his services in the future if the need arises. Decided to give Charles a call about repairing a washer and dryer before I even bought the washer and dryer just to get an opinion from a knowledgeable repairman. Glad I did - he was extremely nice and told me the honest truth. Would absolutely recommend him and will definitely give him a call if my appliance decides to break!

It has been a few years since we have needed Charles but he has helped us twice. He recommended a new appliance because he didn't want to charge us for "fixing" a worn out washer. Did not charge us anything and made a great suggestion on what to buy. Another time he came quickly, fixed it quickly for a resonable price!
