The two gentlemen were very polite and friendly. The unhooked and removed our old washer and dryer and put it in our dining room to be picked up on Monday by the rental company we used before buying our new washer and dryer from Queen City. After putting the new washer and dryer in they checked the washer for any leaks and made sure the dryer was working correctly. I highly recommend them and they did a wonderful job. Josh and his partner who helped install my new washer were absolutely amazing. They were on time, even let me know it would be 15 minutes called me before they got here. They were so kind, professional, and hardworking. I have steep steps going down to my basement, and they handled moving everything with ease and confidence. They made sure the washer was perfectly leveled, ready to go, and even took the time to show me how everything worked before they left. You can tell they really care about doing the job right. I truly appreciated their help and positive attitude — highly recommend!

This was our first experience with Queen City Appliances in Winston-Salem and we were impressed. We were, in fact, surprised and impressed with the store. The appliance section is laid out by Brand which significantly reduces complexity and confusion. The staff were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products in the store. The installation was promptly scheduled and conducted by impressive technicians. I would highly recommend Queen City in Winston-Salem to those in the market for a wide range of appliances at a range of price points.
