Lg washer broke after 2 months, owner says no warranty. Wants me to return the washer after he dropped it off to me, I call back and speak to his wife she acts like she can't understand what I'm saying, says she will have him call me and set up a time, two weeks later I talk to his daughter she says I messed up the machine that their was a surge in the home, she doesn't know I have a protector on my machine. No one calls me back so I physical return their washer with a rented truck from home depot. I already had a professional from sears repair. The part is no where to be found, they cant order a new part, they showed me how to fix and where to order. I paid 750 for both. Brand new basic washer are on sale for 400-450 memorial day. Just buy it brand new spend the extra money. I messed up. I was going to buy a flat top stove from him, but who knows how long it will work he selling barley working equipment.

Wow I really wish I would have read the reviews thinking this was honest people but they are con artists. I brought a washer and dryer from here and within two months the washer stopped working granted it only came with a 30 day warranty so I should have expected this coming from these type of people, me being a honest person wouldn’t ever ruin my reputation just to make a quick couple dollars. I paid almost 600 dollars for the set. The dryer is still working for now but I’m so disappointed I work so hard for my money and these people call themselves businessman, not these are con people after I spoke with the owners so called wife twice I didn’t even call back because I knew I’ve been robbed it’s all good I wish the best because this company will always have a bad reputation doing bad business.
