Faulty item was delivered. I did not feel comfortable with them trying to fix it right from the start, considering they said they tested the product prior to delivery. Also, there was a water line damaged when trying to install refrigerator. Their contract has a “no refund” clause. However, based on NC law, a “no refund” contract is breached when the goods aren’t merchantable. Even knowing this, the refund process was difficult. I had to pay a delivery and pickup fee which was $300 total. I would not recommend this business.

You can tell by your interactions with all staff, that they are committed to more than just making money. The in-store experience was quick and painless. They were knowledgeable and upfront of all charges and options. They were able to deliver next day and the delivery was just as painless and friendly as the store. Thank you for helping out our family! We will be back!

This business is definitely worth a consideration when looking to purchase used and reliable appliances. They were very pleasant and helpful To me and my wife while we were looking for a washer and dryer set. Not only did they answer any questions about price we had, but they were very knowledgeable as to what the pros and cons were to different styles such as top load versus front load. They were very affordable and had our set delivered directly to our house the very next day. While delivering, they heard my wife and I discussing the direction the dryer door opened and offered to switch the door on the spot, before they left. We are very satisfied with the appliances as well as the customer service of this company!

Not only did he highlight what customers rave about, but he also explained the potential downsides of each model—providing us with a clear picture of which appliances are built to last.
