We have a beautiful cafe appliance for less than half of the big box store. It had a minor dent that doesn’t affect the use at all. We did have a few issues getting it here but they communicated and let us know it would be late. Of course it was disappointing. But…. They made it right. They returned our delivery fee and still came the next day. Although everyone has different experiences, through the communication it was resolved. They delivered it and the guys delivering it were top notch as well. It was worth it for the savings as well , as this top of the line appliance. We couldn’t be happier. Be patient if ur expectations aren’t made …..they WILL make it right. Thank u Chris Ware!

This place is absolutely horrible please don’t waste your money or time I purchased a washer and dryer for $600 and within 30 days the washer broke down was supposed to be getting fixed they offered a loaner took them almost two weeks to get it to me then after two weeks of them having my washer I called for update they inform me that it couldn’t be fixed and I had to keep the loaner which was smaller n different brand than the original one there was no communication about this change I was then told they would look into it since I didn’t approve of the loaner. two months later still have not heard anything from the company they are horrible with communication And make matters worst the loaner is now broke the entire drum has fell to the bottom and it was barely used! Please just save your money times is hard and there’s no need waste money or your time!

They went far above helping me with purchase of 2 stoves and now a dishwasher! Even sent extra pictures so I could see the items more clear. I will hopefully do more business since I have 5 rental properties that always need something! I'll update if anything changes, but as of purchase through the delivery I can't complain!!! Thank you!
