Great customer service from the moment you walk in till the final delivery. Well trained staff who care about their jobs. You are treated like family, unlike box stores.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer from your store. Ward was very knowledgeable about the products and provided detailed information. The installation team provided additional information and did a great job installing the set.

Ward handled everything for our washer and dryer purchase over the phone. No need for me to run all over town. Delivered promptly. Install was well done and they hauled away the old appliances. Washer and dryer are operating much better overall than what they replaced.

Our experience with Advantage Appliance has been extremely disappointing. Our washer has had ongoing issues since August, and despite months of attempted repairs, the problem remains unresolved. Even more frustrating has been the lack of communication and accountability. We have made numerous calls and left multiple voicemails with the store trying to get updates or discuss next steps. We were told the owner would reach out to us directly, yet after repeated attempts on our end, we have received no response. We understand that repairs can be complicated but leaving us with a washer that has all new parts and still does not work while completely ignoring a customer who has been trying for months to resolve an issue is unacceptable. At this point, we are simply asking for the basic courtesy of communication and a clear path toward resolution. We hope the owner sees this review and finally reaches out.

September of '25 my wife and I purchased a 17 cubic ft. GE upright freezer. It had a one year parts and labor warranty. 14 months later the compressor failed, (wow, 2 months past warranty!) It would've been frustrating enough if it lasted say 3 to 5 years but 14 months?! We had about $ 900 in it and then junk after 14 months and have to pay disposal for it when replacing! Advantage Appliance had a tech. out to diagnose the issue very quickly. Josh worked above and beyond for us for what he did. He got a replacement compressor shipped in and replaced it. There was no cost for anything. Appliance dealers could say, "well that's the warranty, tough luck". What they did for us was very much appreciated and have earned my business for any future appliance purchases.
