I’ve got older whirlpool dryer. Every time a part has gone out, these guys always have parts on hand and offer advice to make the repair. They are second to none in appliance parts and have excellent customer service and support. Thank you for the help over the years!

I called to order a new dryer heating element. They had the part in stock, I drove over to pick it up, the part was waiting on the corner, I paid and walked out with my part. The service man was very friendly and helpful. The entire interaction from phone call to part in hand was 20 minutes. 100% am going to be a customer here again.

I'm going to have to echo the 5star review here. I needed a part for my washer, and the lady knew exactly what I needed and didn't overcharge me at all. It was a very pleasant and easy transaction from diagnostic to part pickup. Thanks for making it easy for me!

Worst quality of service possible. I just wanted my oven fixed... weeks ago. Something went wrong with ordering the part. The male I spoke to on the phone was polite and ordered what I needed. When the part arrived the repairman harrased me by calling non-stop and sending rude texts. I told him I was working he said he'd tell me how his day went. Showed up at my house and scared me banging on the door( my doorbell works), I ran downstairs to the window to see who it was.. I later called the business in hopes a different repairman could come by. I couldnt have a conversation with the receptionist, she kept hanging up on me.. maybe it's because I'm a 22 year old female but this company had no respect for me or their image. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
