Excellent experience with Fleck's Furniture & Appliance! Our dishwasher went out, and by noon of the next day, our new one was installed. A special thank you to Tamara and Michael for making the entire process so easy and stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding, and we truly appreciate how quickly everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

This company is saturated with incompetency. Our dishwasher needed a repair and after calling them to get a quote on what the repair cost would be, we decided to buy a new dishwasher from them since it wasn’t much more. Fleck’s quoted us about two weeks for them to get the model we ordered in. A month later, and after chasing after them via phone calls, they told us it was in. We then scheduled a repair date of May 7th at 1pm. The day comes and at the hour, nobody shows up. I then called to ask what the issue was and an employee named Jack answered. After he checked into it, he told us our repair date was scheduled for the wrong year. That’s right, wrong year. Two hours later, a person finally arrived to install it. I don’t know what bottom of the barrel ilk run this place, but I highly recommend to anyone not to spend an ounce of time or a cent to this sorry excuse of a company. Never again.

From start to finish, Fleck's was great to work with! Christine was our sales person and she was very helpful and answered all our questions. It took approx. 2 weeks for our wall oven combo unit to come in, which was what they anticipated. The delivery & install guys were also top notch! The installer provided good tips too. I am glad to know that Fleck's also services what they sell. This is our 2nd appliance purchase from them and would recommend them!

I’ve truly enjoyed my experience with flecks for the past 5+ years! Their expertise, advice, and knowledge have been amazing and appreciated for those of us who don’t have time to review things and look at ratings! I’m so happy I purchased an “old school” speed queen washer and now a Bosch dishwasher- my “cheap brand” is now dying at 5 years and I’m happy we can look to flecks for an update and quick turn around! I’m also so proud of them for hiring quality and knowledgeable technicians who are clean, organized, and cheerful! I have really enjoyed technicians Trevor and Michael! Thanks guys!
