I’ve referred many customers to Dalys. Not sure that’ll happen again. When my refrigerator was delivered the wheels were not dropped and my floor got scratched when it was moved. When I called Dalys, the manager was very argumentative and wouldn’t even send someone to drop the wheels for me, let alone fix the floor. I had to get someone else to fix the problem with the wheels. I was stunned as this level of customer service is NOT my experience with Dalys.

They came to deliver our fridge instead of taking a tape measure and checking it to make sure it fit they took the old one out first then decided to measure things well after taking my cabinet doors off and taking the drawer out they had to put the old one back lmao then never.put the cabinet door back on and chipped the top of the counter top up

I ordered a washer and dryer two months ago, and my experience has been awful. The first delivery included only the dryer because the washer they brought was damaged. After removing my old washer, I was assured a prompt redelivery by the delivery team but was left without a washer and without communication from the store. Unfortunately, the second washer that arrived was even more damaged. Once again, I received no communication from management until I reached out. When I followed up, I was met with frustration for requesting a loaner unit, even though I had been without a washer for weeks. They were annoyed that I did not want to keep a damaged unit and were rude about getting me a new one. After nearly a month of silence, I called again, only for the delivery to show up with a dryer instead of a washer. Finally, yesterday, on the fourth attempt, a "good" washer was delivered, but the agitator broke off into pieces the first time it was used. Throughout this entire process, there has been no apology from the store. I would caution others to consider this level of service before making a purchase. If you prefer to shop locally like I do, I have heard fantastic things about Hartville Hardware and Myers.

I needed all new appliances for a new home , I went here and got my washer and dryer and stove. Then I spent a ton of time looking for specific size refrigerator with the options I wanted and wasn’t having luck at Home Depot or Lowe’s . Decided to look at Dalys again because they have a huge selection which is awesome but it was definitely a lot to look through so I called and described what exactly I wanted and they found one for me that was perfect and in stock ! Everything was delivered quickly (except my dryer but it was on back order when I ordered it so I knew what I was getting into ). All of them were moved in quickly and efficiently! I’m so happy with everything I got from there and I would definitely come here again if I ever needed appliances again . Would absolutely recommend! I left a message on the day they weren’t open about a dishwasher and asked if it could be added to my refrigerator delivery. I got a call back the very next day with an excellent option and it was added to my delivery!
