Jerry and Bonnie are always very helpful. I love there selection of scratch & dent appliances. You can save hundreds of dollars & get a good product. I also give 5 stars to the delivery guys. On my recent delivery they discovered the cord had been cramped. They went back to the shop and got a new cord. I appreciated they did not install it for me to later have a short.

I needed a refrigerator and I visited this store. I was treated so nice and with respect. Bryan sold me my refrigerator gave me all the information about the product. And the young men that delivered it to my home today were great. Courteous and professional. Keep up the awesome work. You have just earned a customer for life. I highly recommend visiting this store for all your home needs.

I’d suggest that the installers check the dryer vent hose when installing a clothes dryer. Mine was very clogged. When I went to replace it, I did something wrong and my new dryer didn’t work at all. I called the store, and they sent someone to fix it. He was quick and solved the problem right away. I appreciated that he didn’t make me feel stupid. I love East Side Maytag!
