I can not say enough about the outstanding service I received from Mitch. My 95yo mother’s refrigerator stopped working and she needed a replacement asap! I called Mitch and he went above & beyond to help me find a refrigerator in my price range. He delivered it the next day & hauled the old one away! I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process! You know that feeling when you stumble on a “best kept secret” and part of you wants to keep it to yourself but you can’t, because the person is just that good? That’s exactly how I feel about Mitch at Your Home Outlet in Streetsboro. Our fridge suddenly stopped working and out of the three recommended contacts on the Streetsboro Information page, Mitch was the only one who actually answered the phone. From the start he was incredibly polite, took the time to really listen to what was going on and understood how urgent it was for our family. Even more impressive-he made time for us the same day. He showed up at 7 PM, and within 30 seconds, he already had a strong sense of what the issue was. He didn’t just guess but he did a full diagnostic and walked us through everything, even showing us the problem using his electrical tools so we could clearly understand it ourselves. That level of transparency and expertise is rare. What’s even more impressive is that while he was working he shared how he gives back to the community in so many different ways. We were actually ready to buy a scratch-and-dent replacement from him after hearing his story, but he was adamant that fixing our current fridge would save us more money. That kind of honesty is hard to come by. Because of Mitch we avoided spending $800 on a replacement fridge. That’s not just good service that’s someone who genuinely cares about helping people. We truly need more hardworking and honest people like this and I know without a doubt we’ll be using him for anything we need in the future. It’s hard to share a gem like this because you want to keep it all to yourself but Mitch and Your Home Outlet deserve all the recognition. Even as word spreads I have no doubt the quality, honesty, and care will stay exactly the same.

This is my second time purchasing from Your Home. I also bought a range and dishwasher last year! All 3 of my appliances were delivered quickly with super friendly service. Mitch is an absolute gem when it comes to knowledge and customer service. I don’t think I will buy appliances anywhere else! I have had zero troubles with my purchases! Highly recommend this local small business over the big guys! Can’t wait to get a refrigerator next ☺️🙌
