Both my mom & I have bought almost all our appliances here. Yesterday mom's TV died. She no longer drives and I am in a boot for a torn tendon so very difficult to get out. I called Franks, ordered a TV on the phone and they delivered and set up today. Back in business. Thanks to all the great employees we've dealt with there!

Frank Sales provided personalized service to find us a unique product that meet all of our needs, went above and beyond during delivery and installation, and can expect future business and referrals from us. When others promised but never followed up, Frank Sales listened to our needs and almost immediately came up with a great solution. We couldn't be happier with the special-ordered washer/dryer combo unit they ordered for us, with a 110 plug, high energy efficiency, no venting needed and the ability to set it at night and wake up with the whole wash and dry complete. Thank you! Update: since writing the review below, we have also purchased a new refrigerator and dishwasher for ourselves and a washer and dryer for my mother from Frank Sales. Every Installation has been far smoother than my past experiences with big box stores, and every product has been competitively priced with box stores. Second update: another great purchase made- over the range microwave died. They replaced a new brand with new mounting, and we love it. They came on time and were in and out.
