They seem really friendly. But service and communication leave much to be desired. Maybe they do a good job of getting things fixed (I have yet to find that out) but their customer service needs work. A lot of work.

Nice people, but inefficient and not timely. I've tried, they never called me, after multiple attempts...why bother?! Open a private business if you can't service us regular ppl.
