We recently shopped for furniture at Sheely’s and wanted to share our good experience. Brian M. was our sales associate and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Actually, everyone was helpful from the people who greeted us to the final checkout and delivery (Ben and Damien). We will definitely return there for our next furniture purchase.

Today we had a very good experience with a Technician from Sheely's Furniture in Aurora. We noticed a loose back support slat on one of our kitchen chairs. I texted Danielle our Sales Associate to let her know about the issue and she immediately got back to me to arrange a service call. Joe called us the morning of the scheduled service call to let us know what time he would be here. He was very prompt with his arrival and took great care to ensure that he left the area in the condition he found it in by laying down blankets and wearing booties. The chair was repaired and he took the time to answer some of my questions as far as maintenance of the wood surface do's and don'ts. Thanks again to Danielle and Joe from the Aurora location, your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Amazing store with large selection and variety. We went specifically looking for a made in USA Smith Bros. Sofa to replace our 34 yr old Ethan Allen sofa. Also needed something smaller for our space. The sofa we saw in an ad that we liked ended up being too large for us but sure enough, one of them was the perfect size and style we liked. Jessica was great pulling fabric for the pillows and matching the leg color to our flooring. We chose the fabric that was on the sofa we liked that was too large. This time was much more detailed and required expert fabric coordination with rug and future paint color. I am not that person! Jessica knocked it out of the park! Thank you so much! It looks great.
