Poor experience. I went in ready to buy a dryer because ours stopped working, and I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately, I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. I spent about five minutes looking around while two employees were present, and not a single person acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Customer service goes a long way, especially when someone is ready to make a purchase. After being completely ignored, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Incredible experience dealing with NCTV&A. Top-notch sales & delivery, with excellent communication every step of the way. Kind, friendly, professional, honest, trustworthy, and very informative. They treated us exactly how they would like to be treated if they were the client. Their delivery staff took every precaution to ensure a safe delivery and install of our new refrigerator and, in fact, same can be said for the move of the old fridge to our children’s home. Many thanks to Laurie who educated us on the pros and cons of induction cooking, based on her personal expertise and experience, and to Barry for providing the insightful information we needed to purchase a new refrigerator that met our current needs, preferences, and requirements. We are extremely happy that we stopped in during the “fire trailer days” on a two occasions to acquire much-needed knowledge and pertinent info to make more informed appliances decisions. Learned a tremendous amount about the manufacturer’s product quality, reputation, service reliability, and customer satisfaction ratings from the Kindys during those cozy sessions. Purchased a washer and dryer; and I can confidently say this is the most professional and knowledgeable business selling quality products that they care about. The shopping experience was perfect. We were treated with respect and giving straight facts about the different options available to us. The delivery was smooth and customized to our needs, our house has an odd set up and they ensured everything worked properly and that we new all the functions of our new equipment.
