Great spot to shop for furniture! Andrew was friendly and courteous, and allowed me to shop at my pace and was ready to answer questions if I had any. The floor model for the recliner I wanted was in stock and ready to be loaded same day. Honestly, the part that took the longest was for me to figure out what I wanted to pick out for my mom because there were several options I was looking at in store. After a receipt, two gentlemen loaded the box into my truck and I was on my way. Will definitely come back if I have future furniture needs!

Came in and purchased a reclining couch and loveseat and have been dealing with Andrew who is absolutely the most professional and friendly person I’ve met in customer service. In fact he was so helpful that I even decided to buy the matching chair as well. Stellar 5- STAR***** customer service. I would highly recommend American Freight at the West Chester location on Muhlhauser Road. Ask for Andrew.

the new management is amazing, I was able to get help right away on good quality mattresse! I felt that they really were trying to connect and they didn't care that my daughter was running around trying the couches. I definitely recommend coming to this store great quality and fairly priced.
