Hagedorns is the ABSOLUTE BEST place to purchase any appliances. Reason being they care about their customers, they know their inventory and their honesty. I was greeted by Charlie Gilmore and he was so very helpful, answered all my questions. He is a GREAT guy, so knowledgeable about the many different washing machines. Through our conversation, I was able to purchase a Spped Queen washer, meeting all my needs and feeling as though I made a friend with Charlie. Please recognize his OUTSTANDING customer service. Dave was the best salesman I ever had. He is also the manager at the Ohio Pike location. Felt like I had known him forever. One of the best experiences I ever had. He did not hover over me and let me look. When I asked for his advice, he gave me options. I bought a new refrigerator and am very happy with my purchase. Mind you, I have only had it for 2 days. Very honest, kind, courteous and helpful. I did look at other stores and they could not compare to Appliance Factory. I will go there anytime I need a new appliance. It was worth the drive. I needed mine same day so we picked it up. Thank you soooooo much Dave. I’m sure I’ll see you again.

Andrew Shriver was the deciding factor for me on purchasing all 6 of my appliances from Appliance Factory. He is amazing! His customer service is top notch!! He is positive, patient, knowledgeable and kind!! He continues to provide great customer service; encouraging me to contact him with any questions, and then following through when I do!! David Anderson is the best! Very professional and this guys know his stuff! Much better pricing compared to those big box stores staff actually knows how to answer questions without a tablet. I had a minor issue of something that was missing after I made it home it took some time to get handled but he was able to get it handled.
