I had never been in Big Sandy before — I was mistaken into thinking it was a discount furniture, but I was completely wrong! They have many brand name items, including the Helix mattress that we purchased for our new king-size bed. I loved getting to lay on it in person versus purchasing straight from the Helix website. Karen was extremely helpful and I will be back to check out their selection of furniture for our new home!

Big shout out to Greg our sales representative in Kenwood. My wife and I had to shop for our very first Washer and Dryer set before our move. The experience we had with Greg was awesome. He had asked us a lot of questions that we really didn't think of before and gave us different options to choose from. It so happened to be that the Maytag had everything that we were looking for. With everything that was included in the price of purchase we will not have to worry about anything including if we have a repair, leak, or operating issue they will be there. I love the idea that if we have an issue they will come and fix the problem and we don't have to call a repair person. Also if there has not been an issue in 5 years then we will receive our money back on the insurance. To me that is a win win situation. Again Thank You Greg for all your support. Mellissa helped me find a great deal for a beautiful couch. She anticipated my needs, and I would recommend her, or the Big Sandy to anyone looking for any home furnishing needs! Update: my couch has been delivered. The 2 men who helped deliver my couch were amazing! They were very efficient, and very positive throughout the whole experience. My apartment is very tight for parking and getting it in (up 3 flight of stairs). Could not have asked for a better delivery team.
