If I could give less stars I would, but looking at the reviews over the past year it's clear that everyone else agrees. We have used CPS for years to service our equipment. They recently charged us almost 1900 for a repair they were to make which they did not complete. I have had unnecessary parts ordered, problem misdiagnosed and excessive fees charged and at the end of the day I am left with a 4-year-old dish machine with extremely light use that is in worse shape than when they started. I called to speak to someone and was threatened that we would never be able to get service in the Cincy area if we did not go along with their deceptive, manipulative and incompetent practices. Folks dont be scammed they are far from the only game in town, they just have a decent marketing budget to funnel in new suckers after they burn their current customers. Seriously, you're better off trying to fix it yourself, getting a local handyman to look at it and if that doesn't work, just buy a new one. If you use CPS you should have your head examined.

I called this company to fix my commercial mixer, and the experience was beyond frustrating. The first thing they told me was that I had the wrong belt—when in fact, it was the original belt that came with the machine. Then the technician tells me he doesn’t have the proper tools to open the mixer. Keep in mind, they’ve serviced this exact machine before, and I even sent them a clear picture of the model number ahead of time. This whole experience felt like a complete waste of time and money. If you’re dealing with a serious issue, don’t bother calling them. Unless it’s something simple that a local handyman could handle, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be using them again, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else should either.

I was very disappointed when I took my mobile food trailer to have them check why my griddle top does not provide enough temperature for me when cooking. The service tech wear a shirt with certified word on his shirt. He told me that my griddle does not have temperature control. He said the knob is there to turn On and Off only. I asked and make comparison with a back yard grill and said a back yard grill is better than my 1200 dollars griddle. I find it hard to believe that a certified technician would say such thing. Even a five years old knows that a knob is use for control not just to turn on and off. I would not recommend Commercial parts and services. I was disappointed to pay $142 just to tell me that my griddle has on and off switch only. no temperature controller. Mark was the technician help. I think there are other good techs there too but don't ask for Mark... Avoid Mark at all cost.....

This place is a total joke. I honestly recommend calling your local handyman before calling these people. We had a work order placed and was quoted 2 weeks before they could be on site. I called at 4 weeks, and they lost my work order so then had to wait another week before someone could make it to the property just to say they had no idea how to fix it and they needed to do some research. Then I start receiving emails from some law firm in Texas stating that cps has lost all trust in us and that we have severely damaged our relationship threatening us with legal action over a 1900$ bill. They have a card on file, as they won't show up without one. They even had our business with the wrong name. I reached out to cps to make sure there was a card on file and that we were current on payments. Now 2 weeks later I'm still receiving threatening emails from the law firm even after my bill has been paid, in full, for weeks now. Please stay FAR away from they're service dept.

I purchased a motor for an oven from CPS the cost was $573. When it came i notice the motor was not the right one so I called them and I was told that they would refund me except for shipping. After I returned it it took them a week after it arrived at their location and a few emails and i had to call them for my refund to be processed. They told me this time that i was going to receive $415 because of their policy of charging 25% restocking and shipping. Robbery they are not a good place to buy from . Stay away!!!!
