Please do not use Donald Morgan for any appliance repairs. I looked online for an appliance repairman to repair my clothes dryer. I was initially told that there would be a trip charge of $159 to inspect my dryer, which would be applied toward any parts if I decided to proceed with the repair. After completing the inspection of the dryer, I was told that there is an additional fee of $159 for a diagnostic fee. Which would be applied to any parts and service, but he would not tell me what was wrong with the dryer unless I paid him another fee of $159. I do not see why I would pay for him to tell me what was wrong when I have already paid for him to do the diagnostic work. I will never call Daily Appliances or Donald Morgan for services and highly recommend that whoever reads this do the same.

This company is a complete SCAM. The owner don morgan came in personally (don’t believe it was him) and looked at my washer for all of 30 seconds and charged me twice what I was told the diagnostic would be. Then he tells me my washer is shot when he didn’t even open it up or turn it on. I told him my concerns and ultimately I want a refund and he proceeds to tell me I’m not getting one and screams that he’s taking me to court. Wouldn’t even let me get a word in. Do NOT use these people.

This company is absolute trash. They sold me a used dryer without a supply cord. They took the supply cord from my old dryer that was fried and said that cords were only included while supplies last. DO NOT do business with this company. If you do your research (which I clearly didn’t) you will see nothing but bad reviews across the board.
