Received a washer and it broke and spun around almost ripping out our water pipes. They blamed us saying we dropped it, wish I would have taken a pic. They replace it, but it the new one makes loud noises when in spin mode and don't know how long it will work. I was in a jam and needed a refrigerator fast. The first one took over 24 hours to reach 59 degrees and they said to put food in! 59 DEGREES! Had to wait 4 days for a replacement and the refrigerator would not hold a temp, varied from 18 - 56 degrees. Called and explained we just bought more groceries since our other was ruined, $300 or more in food, and asked if we could use the freezer side until a replacement or refund since that worked. They said no refunds, our receipt does not have that stated anywhere. They have not responded to calls or emails. DO NOT USE THEM!
