Products are fine, but the guy delivering had quite the attitude. I admit my basement stairs are a tight squeeze, and tried to elaborate on how they normally have to remove the product from the dolly and lift a certain way. I didn't expect to be cut off and mansplained on how I should remove the railing and there's no other way it could work, despite knowing it's possible. He was nice enough to begrudgingly help take down the railing, but then he wanted to leave before it was put back up. Never had an experience like this with them in the past 15 years of purchases

I bought a dryer today 11/15/25.... IT DON'T EVEN GET HOT, HELL WARM ..... I HAVE TO GO TO THE LAUNDROMAT BECAUSE THEY DON'T OPEN TIL MONDAY.. I REALLY HOPE I DIDN'T MAKE A MISTAKE BY BUYING FROM HERE.. THEY SENT THE REPAIR MAN, 11/17/25.... REPLACED THE HEATING ELEMENT...STILL NOT WORKING... COMING BACK 11/18/25.... I WOULDN'T HAVE PURCHASED FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF I HAD READ THE REVIEWS...

I purchased a washing machine from Quality Appliance . I tried to clean it by cycling bleach water through it. It smelled like wet dog and mildew and it transferred that smell to everything it washed, so i used baking soda and vinegar. That allowed for black grudge to come through the holes in the basket. I decided to completely open the machine and deep clean by removing the basket drum. When i took the top off i was disgusted. There was dog hair, dirt and grime caked in. It was obvious no one had throughly cleaned it in years. I called and spoke with a lady. She reassured she would get this taken care of. Fast forward 6 days including a weekend. I was brought another washer. I decided to cycle with bleach water, of course anyone would. Before the load can finish, i start to smell an electrical burning. I called again and was disregarded. A man laughed and said he did not know what smell i was talking about. Furious, i hung up and I called the fire department and had to evacuate my townhouse with my 6 year old and 5month baby. Thank God a fire was not detected in my wall but now i need maintenance to come check the electrical wirings before plugging anything back in because of temperature readings from the wall. I was able to have a conversation with the owner of Quality. He insisted it was my wall and not the machine! He’s been in the business for 20 years and this that. Once I mentioned fire department he acted like he washed his hands of the situation. Offering to pick up his machine and write a check. I was not compensated for my broken Amana washer, which they picked up, and im sure fixed and sold. I lost the delivery fee. Instead of a check they say they put the money back on my debit. The experience was hectic and im without a washer trying to find another. All i gotta say people, is BUYER BEWARE

So happy I got my washer here! Extremely fair priced, installation was so quick and easy. I visited the store for the first time yesterday and in less than 24 hours I have my new washer installed and I'm doing my laundry! No hidden or extra fees, they are just honest, keep their word, and straight to the point! If I have any needs for appliances again I'll surely come back.
