All Around Appliances

I purchased a refrigerator from them 3 months later it isn't working and of course it's out of "warranty". You get what you pay for, so please take your money to another business and spend the extra $50-100 to prevent having to replace your appliances 3 months later. I called myself patronizing a "local" business only to wish I would of went to a legit place. Do not spend your money at this establishment

Bought a washer and dryer from this establishment. The dryer worked well.. the washer not so much. I purchased on a Saturday the store delivered the washer that same night. After checking the washer the same exact day it made loud metal on metal noises I contacted the establishment the following business day which was Monday. It’s been weeks and I’ve spoken to the store several times who assured me that some one would be out to fix it and that they would contact me within 24hours it’s been 3 weeks no follow up and I’ve called several times. It’s suppose to be under a 30 day warranty. Very disappointed with the customer service this store has displayed

They went above and beyond to come out in bad weather providing a same day service to fix my washer even though it wasn't purchased there. They came prepared with tools & parts, and best of all charged me an affordable fair price I couldn't find anywhere with same day service (I called everywhere)!
