I have been getting the run around on some damage that happened on May 7 or 8 with delivery. They damaged my siding while taking out empty dolly. Took pictures but good luck in them making it right. Spoke to many different people about being promised they will come out and repair. Warehouse super visor had promised a day per another worker to fix it. He didn't even have the courtesy to call. Horrible experience. If it's that is too much to ask, send me the parts and I can have someone else put it on. For the love of God

This place sucks !! Don’t even waste ur time here ! Driver says he there back out n can only do alone other guy won’t get out truck , they put it in garage in box. Open box it has like 8 dents ! Tell them and they do nothing to switch up. Then water comes form bottom call Samsung they say water is from line not fridge . To call installer , call them n they say they didnt install just dropped off so they won’t fix. Men’s chile news fridge leaks and no ice maker or water on door and constant run around . Filing a small claim

The receptionist wasn't very friendly, she was very short. The company refused to be reasonable about the delivery appointment, told me they would arrive between 9a.m and 5p.m. and would only give a 30 min notice of when they would arrive (out of an 8 hour window). Delivery guy was relatively nice but he discarded the box and wrapping from the refrigerator on the side of my home without permission, no discussion, no approval, no nothing. I didnt even know until I went to leave my home and saw a pile of garbage against my home.
