Huge props to the experts at Dodd Camera in downtown Cleveland. I had an issue with my SLR camera that had both AI *and* me stumped. I walked into Dodd's store, showed the camera to Eric, and he looked through the viewfinder, flipped a switch on the camera body, and the issue was instantly solved. It was like early Christmas. But hey, that's what happens when you're dealing with experts. And now I know what that dang switch does.

This is my new go to camera store! They’ve got a great selection at a great price, and I’d much rather shop there than online because of the friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Isaac B. was awesome and helped me with my camera repair and gear selection!

I stopped in, they are the only local place that had the lens I needed, and were competitively priced! Matthew was the attendant that helped me. He was professional and courteous, he explained everything and was not at all pushy with sales or add ons! I like it when I am not feeling pressured, I got what I needed and he had all the answers to all the questions I had! I will be going here more often now that I know they rent out gear!
