MKH Liquidation and Surplus

With all these bad reviews no point of even saying how wrong I got done with NO compassion. I put this out on the lawn if anyone wants it. It's supposed to be a good machines he said. Never worked, never started up when I received it. I can deal with things not working, I am a business owner as well. In my world the customer is always right. I'm very disappointed because I try to support BOB. A friend transported to me, he said he feels bad and will give me the money back. Of course I have to wait two weeks. Meanwhile back at the ranch I still need a lawnmower.

This is a post for other truck drivers and customers of this business. I never usually post bad reviews, but I want to share a negative experience. I am a truck driver who came here to unload. These people didn’t unload the truck and told me to come the next day, which I did. They open at 11am, and I came at 10:40am. They didn’t unload my truck at all. At 4:45pm, they told me that they are able to start unloading my truck, which they did for half of the trailer, and then told me to come the next day so they can unload the rest of the truck. The owner, Mario, is really rude. He told me that I had to pay him 100$ so they can unload the rest of my truck, which I had to do because I had to be home the next day. I also want to point out that the owner called me “puppy” and “dog”, which I personally found quite rude. Also, after I paid him the $100, I had to even help them unload the truck as well. My local load, on delivery for straight thru, took up the whole day. Horrible experience.

They sell trash, don’t waste your time and money…rude staff and owner. Also I’ll attach a before and after photo of the property, disgusting how they do business and the trash they try to sell and leave behind. they leave trash all over the place and in the street on Franklin and w114th and w112th including broken pallets with nails sticking out. Serious safety hazard, I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down already.

I love this sectional. It is so comfortable and it’s exactly how I expected. The quality is amazing and it was a very great reasonable price. I will literally always shop here for any furniture I need for my house. The customer service was excellent when I walked in I instantly Was greeted and assisted with what I was looking for. They have amazing discounts and good quality items. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top quality furniture, and appliances for a discounted price.

I thought I was doing a good thing by patronizing a black own business but that was a horrible idea!! I know we as people of color who own businesses get put in a stereotype of not doing it’s own people wright… the owner is the poster boy of that. I went to buy a washer and dryer for my home after a horrible fire that destroyed my home and everything in not to mention I was badly injured and I lost my husband of 15 years in that fire. I really was excited to patronize MKH LIQUIDATORS after seeing that betraying commercial that runs every hour on television. Now back to the issue, I had my daughters come get me from rehab where I’m still recovering in my wheelchair and take me into the warehouse. I went pass the wife into the warehouse where nobody met us so we left to scrimmage through the filthy mess until the owner popped up he must have smelled that I was looking to spend a great deal of money, I told him I was looking for a washer and dryer a new set that was considered to be smart washers and dryers I had already found a set I was I interested in but he convinced me to spend $100 more by stating “ If your going to spend that amount of money you should get a bigger set “ I agreed. My antennas should have went up after listening to him share how many prison numbers he has etc So when I get to the register to pay his wife started saying that it would be $299.00 for delivery and a extra charge for their delivery people to set my appliances up so I said ok I was freezing and I was starting to feel bad in pain I just wanted to get the sale over and get back home. The next morning they came with the appliances and they would not fit through my door I immediately call and let him know what was going on and his response was “that’s sort of not my fault you should have measured your door before you bought the appliances “ I said you’re the one that convinced me to by the set”! then he came to his senses and agreed to replace the set with the one I originally wanted. I mentioned to him it was $100.00 cheaper he said ok he would refund my money back onto my card and to this day I have not received any money back from him. My bank doesn’t take 7-10 business days to release money that’s mine it takes 2-3 days! so the moral of this story is do not patronize MKH liquidators it’s not worth your headache!!! Later I discovered that the dry had horrible scratches on the top of it I tried to call to let him know and I also sent pictures and to ask about my money he did not answer, I was not surprised!!!
