After a call with the woman who sold me the washer today I can confirm i will never give this bussiness my money again. They dont show the day they scheduled it so you ask for a refund and they refuse to give you one when the items never even left their shop. I explained to her how much it impacted my work day that I took off to be home for the delivery. Then today when I have jobs being installed im explaining to the woman to hold on as I have a home owner calling me 3 times in the middle of their call. When I get back to the call I say this is why I needed the delivery yesterday. She gets a rude tone with me and says imagine if its reversed? I ask her what she means on if whats reversed? The fact you schedule a delivery on Monday then no call no show on me and dont call till tuseday to try and resolve things? Then you tell your driver to just drop it off with out my permission. This place dosnt value peoples time and clearly only value the money they're there to make off you. If you only seen how beat up the unit I was buying was too. It looked like someone dropped it down the stairs and yet I was still going to buy it. Just really sad to see as I bought a fridge and stove from them 4 months back with a buddy I lived with just for them to not even deliver the one we picked out. They just gave a little discount and said that's all they could do. Absolutely astonishing and I recommend you go to any of the many other shops around town for your home appliance needs as this place is not it!

The lack of unprofessionalism with this company is insane! Even knowing people in the bussiness they still dont take care of you. No update to say they arnt showing. No calls back. They expect you to just sit around and wait for them with no updates as if people dont have jobs of their own. Either get it togeather people or shut the business down if you can't run it properly. Its a used appliance store how hard can is possibly be to call someone with updates?

One look at the outside of this place should have turned me away in the first place, plus the fact that the "manager" Tree was vaping and the place reeked of marijuana. But I needed a washer and dryer and the place was close to home. He charged me $75 to deliver a broken washer he said was tested 3 blocks away and won't refund for their junk. I was told they would replace the washer and dryer the next day. No show, no call. I went back 4 times and the door was locked in the middle of the day or one guy came from the back who didn't speak English. After several phone calls I got ahold of a girl one time who said she would relay the message. After being ripped off for $575 I bought from somewhere else. About 2 months later some guys knocked on my door saying they were there to deliver my replacements. In hindsight I should have taken them, but who knows if they would have worked either. It would have cost more in court costs and lost wages to sue, which is probably what they count on with their shady practices, so I now have $575 worth of junk sitting in my basement. DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED.

I’m sitting in the middle with my review right now and will change it to reflect to finality of service provided today. I bought an electric double oven to be delivered and was dropped by their delivery persons. The top glass cracked and it has been a debacle. I understand that they have a no refund policy, but extenuating circumstances show they cannot provide the product I bought and am now refusing a refund. I have now offered to buy a simple electric stove from them and have then refund me half of the total back. I am waiting on the call and will either provide a 1 star or 5 star.

EDIT!!! 1/17/26 I guess I should have read the reviews before agreeing to have it delivered🙁. I asked for delivery on 1/17/26 after 3pm. Who would have thought that at 9pm we still don’t have our washer and dryer. I saw the set on the delivery truck at 12pm when I went into the store to confirm delivery. Not sure why the driver wouldn’t call to say that they running behind or not coming at all. I started calling the store at 6pm and called up until 8pm and of course no one answered. Excellent customer service and price on 1/15/26.
