OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE FROM SHOWROOM TO DELIVERY!!! I highly recommend Power Appliance! The entire purchasing process was stress-free. Jay and our salesperson, Bryan, were absolutely EXCELLANT!!! They were helpful, knowledgeable and guided us to the perfect dryer without any pressure. The top-notch service continued right through to delivery. Eric and Koby, did a fantastic job bringing the dryer to our home, installing and hauling away my old dryer. They were professional, careful, and efficient. I had my new dryer up and running 2 days after I purchased it. I did check out a few other stores before purchasing from Power Appliance and you cannot beat the SERVICE and PRICE!!! It is rare to find such great customer service from start to finish!!!

I've purchased four appliances through Jay at power appliance over the years. Him and his wife have always been very friendly, professional and helpful. Phenomenal place to get appliances! I cannot say enough good things about Jay, his wife, and their whole team at Power Appliance. We have bought two separate washer dryer sets (one for our house and one for a family members), a stove, and an AMAZING refrigerator from here. Delivery team is friendly, careful, and goes above and beyond. Jay is easy to work with and knows the products well and willing to keep an eye out for models that you're interested in. We needed to buy a washer and have it delivered on the same day, a Saturday. I called power appliance and spoke to Brian. I had several requirements for a washer, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the stock. We came in and worked with Jay. He was able to, on a very busy Saturday get us exactly what we needed and have it delivered. It was a great experience! Thank you gentlemen!!!!
